Service Description

Join us for a joyful kids mindfulness class series at Quantum Roots in Tempe! Expect a buzzy breathing-mindfulness mindset experience focused on helping children better handle their emotions through breathe work, joyful movement, and artful creation. Classes includes breath exercises, pose play, collaborative games, guided meditations, and mindfulness art projects! We'll be adding sound healings, drum circles, tapping exercises, and chakra lessons as well.
