Kids Yoga on the Sand

Service Description

Join us for a joyful kids mindfulness class series on the sand! Expect a buzzy breathing-mindfulness mindset experience focused on helping children better handle their emotions through breathe work and joyful movement. Classes includes breath exercises, pose play, collaborative games and guided meditations. Sometimes we even add mini sound healings, drum circles, tapping exercises, and chakra practices. Kids can participate independently or accompanied by an adult (this class will be geared more towards 5-12 year old although older kids are encouraged as positive role models).
